1. Customer Account and Registration
Do I need to create an account to order?
Registration is recommended to benefit from a personal account with your order history, saved addresses, and invoices. However, it is possible to order as a guest. In this case, a confirmation code will be sent to you via SMS to validate the order.
How can I protect my login details?
You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your login credentials. In case of fraudulent use, please contact our customer service immediately.
2. Products and Availability
How can I find a product?
You can browse our catalogs or search by device model.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you by email with the estimated availability date. You can then choose to wait, replace the product, or cancel your order.
3. Prices and Payment
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Prices are displayed in euros, excluding taxes.
- If you are an EU customer with a valid intra-community VAT number, the sale is exempt from French VAT (reverse charge applies in your country).
- Otherwise, French VAT will be applied.
Which payment methods are accepted?
- Credit card: CB, Visa, MasterCard
- Bancontact as well as other cards.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. Transactions are protected with SSL encryption. Secure areas start with https://.
4. Delivery
Which delivery methods are available?
Standard delivery by courier (DPD, UPS, Colissimo).
For large shipments, we can arrange pallet delivery or freight forwarding.
What are the delivery times?
On average 2 to 5 working days after payment is received (excluding force majeure or stock shortages).
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €19 excluding VAT per shipment and are free for orders over €150 excluding VAT.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email
- Delivery notifications at each stage via our carrier.
You can also check the order status from your customer account.
Do you deliver outside Belgium?
We mainly deliver in Belgium but can deliver to other European Union countries under certain conditions. Please contact us for a quote.
5. Claims, Returns, and Warranty
What should I do if my order is damaged?
Check the products upon receipt and report any damage within 8 calendar days by email, including photos if possible.
What if an item is missing or incorrect?
Notify us within 8 calendar days with your order number. We will follow the procedure set out in Article 7 of our Terms and Conditions.
What if there is a quality issue with the product?
Contact us in writing with a detailed description and photos if possible. The warranty covers 90 days from delivery, excluding misuse or normal wear and tear.
How does the warranty work?
After receiving and validating your claim:
- Repair
- Replacement with an identical or equivalent product
- Refund if no other solution is possible within a reasonable timeframe

No. We answer in French or English by phone. Emails can be sent in Dutch, but will be translated using an automated tool (without human verification).

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, all orders generate an invoice sent by email the following day (D+1). A delivery note is included in the package.

Which law applies and which court has jurisdiction?
